UN Donates Ambulances To Lagos Govt
on: April 08, 2020, 08:38:15 AM

On Tuesday the United Nations organization donated three ambulances to the government of Lagos State in Nigeria.

This was to help the Government's effort to curb the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state, according to the health department.

It added that the donation of the ambulances would boost the fight against COVID-19 in the state, following the recent successes recorded in Lagos.

The ambulances were presented by Dr. Braka Fiona and received by Governor Babajide Sanwoolu.

Edward Kallon, WHO Nigeria and SGF/Chair, Presidential Task Force on COVID also witnessed the presentation.
