This was to help the Government's effort to curb the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state, according to the health department. It added that the donation of the ambulances would boost the fight against COVID-19 in the state, following the recent successes recorded in Lagos. The ambulances were presented by Dr. Braka Fiona and received by Governor Babajide Sanwoolu. Edward Kallon, WHO Nigeria and SGF/Chair, Presidential Task Force on COVID also witnessed the presentation.
