Man Arraigned For Sending Fake Alert To Four S3x Workers After Sleeping With Them.

A man identified as Oluwafemi Damilola has been arraigned by the Police in Ondo State.
 
The 25-year-old was dragged to court for sending s3x workers fake alert of N45,000 after sleeping with them.
 
Names of the s3x workers were given as Glory David, Akere Bright,  Valria Isaac and Ngozi Okoro.
 
Damilola reportedly ‘paid’ the s3x workers with fake alert.
 
He was arraigned at a Magistrate Court in Ondo town on two counts charges bothering on fraud and breach of public peace.
 
The police brought Damilola before the court for sending them a fake alert with the aim of defrauding them .
 
According to the prosecutor, Akao Moremi, Damilola committed the offence in October 2022 at Sabo Road Ondo.
 
The charge sheet reads, ”That you, Oluwafemi Damilola, sometimes in October 2022 at Sabo Road Ondo in the Ondo Magisterial District did conduct yourself in a manner likely to cause the breach of peace by fraudulently having carnal knowledge of Glory David, Valria Isaac, Akere Bright and Ngozi Okoro.
 
“That you, Oluwafemi Damilola on the same date, time and place in the aforementioned magisterial district did indecently assault Glory David, Valria Isaac, Akere Bright and Ngozi Okoro by fraudulently and unlawfully having carnal knowledge of them with the pretence of sending them the sum of N45,000 which you failed to do so but willingly send them fake alert with aim of defrauding them s3xually and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Sections 249 and 360 of the Criminal Code Cap 37 Volume 1 law of Ondo State of Nigeria, 2006.
 
Moremi said he would be calling five witnesses to testify in the case but Counsel to the defendant, S. A Iluyemi said steps have been taken for settlement.
 
He prayed the court to release the defendant to him and promised that the defendant would pay the complainants money before the next day of adjournment.
 
Presiding Magistrate, Mrs Charity Adeyanju, granted the application made by Iluyemi and ordered the money paid to the complainants before the next day of adjournment.
 
Adeyanju said the court’s orderly must confirm the payment and report back to court.
 
She adjourned the case to June 25, 2023, for the final report of settlement.
