The newly crowned Ooni Of Ife, Adeyeye Enitan
Ogunwusi.

The palace arena is reportedly thronging with
invitees who are longing not to miss any part of the
august ceremony.

There are security operatives in every nook and cranny, as roads leading to the palace have been blocked. Red carpets have been laid on the path to the palace for the monarch and invited dignitaries.

Security operatives restricted people from the path to the palace, leaving red carpets for the new monarch and his entourage.

Security operatives, invited guests all lined up
awaiting the arrival of the newly crowned Ooni of Ife
and his train of dignitaries.

There hints of minor skirmishes regarding crowd
control and the number of guests keeps teeming by
the minute.

A pushing and stampede is reported to have ensued
at the entrance into the hall, just as certain dignitaries arrive.

One could see groups attired in colorful dresses ,
both men and women, resplendently dressed all over the arena.

Drums and trumpets enliven the arena, announcing
the presence of traditional rulers from different
climes arriving in grand-style.

According to Premium Times, the National anthem
has been rendered and the coronation is officially
kicked off.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has arrived as well as the President of the Liberian Senate, Amazolu Gala. Correspondent on ground reports that the venue of the coronation is hot and guest are sited in the scorching heat.

The 40 standing air-conditioners in the hall, seem
incapable serve the number of people in the canopy
collapsible hall.

Many cannot find a place to sit within the venue of
the coronation.

Most of the invitees in the hall have no place to sit,
and virtually everyone is using improvised hand fans
to cushion the heat effect.

The arrival of the All Progressives Congress (APC)
chieftain, Bola Tinubu with Governor Rauf Aregbesola, reportedly caused a scene as many chair their arrival.

Sultan of Sokoto, Saad Abubakar II, and Olu of Warri, have also arrived and taken their seats.
