The Federal High Court in Osogbo has requested the National Assembly to quickly initiate arraignment process against President Muhammadu Buhari.  Equity Maurine Adaobi Onyetenu gave the request on Wednesday in view of the suit documented Kanmi Ajibola and Sulaiman Adeniyi.

They had three months prior kept in touch with both the lower and the upper councils of the National Assembly on the need to indict President Buhari, refering to claimed established ruptures by the President and debilitated that they will approach the court on the off chance that they neglect to act in like manner.

Be that as it may, when the officials cannot, they set out toward court and recorded a suit at the Federal High Court, Osogbo requesting a request of mandamus to constrain both the Senate and the House of Representatives to begin the prosecution procedures of President Buhari.

In the suit recorded on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, they pivoted their contentions on four grounds on why the National Assembly ought to arraign the Buhari.

In the movement ex-parte, the pair asserted that in blatant infringement of the 1999 constitution, President Buhari challenged the decision, won and was confirmed as the President on May 29, 2015 without having the fundamental protected prerequisite, which would have made him met all requirements for the challenge of the race.

They additionally asserted that the fourth respondent, which is President Buhari in outrageous infringement of area 137 (1) (j) of the 1999 constitution displayed a fashioned endorsement to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) with the end goal of the 2015 presidential decision that conveyed him to the workplace of the President.

"In the light of the fourth respondent's situation to proceed in the workplace as the President, he has no authentication and fundamental prerequisite whereupon this arrangement to proceed in the workplace can be set."

Additionally, they blamed the President for treating the requests of the court with an awesome hate and manhandling the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria freely, especially from the point of the recognition of the Federal character as contained in area 14 of the constitution.

"The fourth respondent on May 29 2015, promised of office, among others, such that, he would run in understanding to and ensure the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, especially segment 14 (2) (b) which stipulates that the security and welfare of the general population will be the main role of government."

They blamed Buhari for negating due process and areas 80 and 81 of the 1999 constitution by spending about $496million on the buy of Tucano Jets without the endorsement of the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as required by the law.
