Here's a surprise release that no one expected from Ciara. Now, thanks to us, you know.

CiCi released a brand new' Melanin' track celebrating black beauty and culture. Some of her entertainment industry colleagues have been hired by the singer to do the job properly— City Women, Lupita Nyong'o, Ester Dean, and even Lala. It's an energetic song with strong synths that resembles some of the early work of Ciara.

Ciara is set to host the 2019 American Music Awards which go down in Los Angeles at the Microsoft Theater on Nov. 24. This release seems like it has been timed to coincide with the same so don’t be surprised to see all the girls debuting it live on that stage. For now, stream the song below.
