On the eve of its trailers, the new DC Films metal began to attempt and find buzz. "James has completed an extraordinary activity with his group," says Warner Bros. film boss Toby Emmerich disclosed to EW this week. "The film is taking you to a better place and envisioning the submerged world in a way you haven't seen previously."

One of the film's makers, Peter Safran, said the movie's, "got the considerable activity you expect, it has a ton of awesome humor, it takes a shot at such huge numbers of levels … it's a demonstration of James' exceptional vision. I believe it's an uncommon advance in DC Universe that sets it on the correct way."

Well, the correct way. What is that precisely for DC? Anything that is not a slump, obviously.

Notwithstanding Momoa, the cast is entirely stacked with William Dafoe, Amber Heard, Nicole Kidman(!), and Michael K. Williams. Featuring Jason Momoa as the main character, "Aquaman" likewise includes Amber Heard as Mera; Willem Dafoe as Vulko; Temuera Morrison as Tom Curry; Dolph Lundgren as Black Manta; with Patrick Wilson as Orm/Ocean Master; and Oscar champ Nicole Kidman as Atlanna.
