‘Castle Rock’ Season 2 Teaser: Hulu’s Stephen King Anthology Series Introduces A ‘Misery’ Origin Story.

With all the discussion about "It: Chapter Two" and the new cast of "The Stand," and whatever else Stephen King-related that increases features, it's anything but difficult to look past what may be perhaps the best adjustment of the loathsomeness ace's work — "Castle Rock."

Furthermore, with "Castle Rock" returning for Season 2 one month from now, Hulu has felt free to discharge a secret for the compilation arrangement, which by and by brings another take a gander at the Stephen King multiverse, with references to a wide range of books. Obviously, the mystery does one noteworthy thing, and that is to present the character Annie Wilkes. Presently, a prepared fanatic of movies as well as King will quickly perceive that name as the adversary from "Wretchedness."

Much like the main period of "Castle Rock," you shouldn't take a gander at a straight-up King adjustment for Season 2, so the tale of Wilkes, which was highlighted in the incredible film "Wretchedness" featuring Kathy Bates, gets the starting point story treatment, with a more youthful adaptation of the character engages in a warring fight between two gatherings.

For the individuals who are searching for more Stephen King Easter Eggs, the secret doesn't disillusion, with the greatest one most likely being the shot of the sign inviting individuals to Jerusalem's Lot, otherwise known as the setting for the celebrated novel "Salem's Lot."

The new season stars Lizzy Caplan, Tim Robbins, Elsie Fisher, Barkhad Abdi, Paul Sparks, Yusra Warsama, and Matthew Alan.

"Castle Rock" Season 2 arrives without a moment to spare for Halloween on October 23.

Here’s the synopsis for the series:

A psychological-horror series set in the Stephen King multiverse, Castle Rock combines the mythological scale and intimate character storytelling of King’s best-loved works, weaving an epic saga of darkness and light, played out on a few square miles of Maine woodland. The fictional Maine town of Castle Rock has figured prominently in King’s literary career: Cujo, The Dark Half, IT and Needful Things, as well as novella The Body and numerous short stories such as Rita Hayworth and The Shawshank Redemption are either set there or contain references to Castle Rock. Castle Rock is an original suspense/thriller — a first-of-its-kind reimagining that explores the themes and worlds uniting the entire King canon, while brushing up against some of his most iconic and beloved stories.
