A young fellow, clearly on a suicide mission, set himself on fire in the Omole Phase 1 region of Ojodu, Lagos, after supposedly asserting he was sick of life because of hardship in Nigeria.

He was kept from executing himself in the process by individuals around the scene, as they immediately poured water on him to extinguish the fire. In any case, Concise News discovered that the fire had done what's necessary harm before it was put out.

Affirming the occurrence, representative for the police in the state, CSP Chike Oti, said the man was as yet oblivious as he got severely charred areas.
