ASUS launched two new gaming laptop into its TUF Gaming series, the ASUS TUF Gaming A15 and the ASUS TUF Gaming A17 (FA706). The ASUS TUF Gaming A17 (FA706) which is the largest of the series sports a 17.3-inch screen and powered by 45 W Ryzen 4000 H series CPUs and GeForce® GTX 1660Ti GPU, thus enabling an amplified gaming experience.

DesignASUS TUF Gaming A17 comes with two sleek design option. Hence you can choose from either the metallic built stealthy and sleek Fortress Gray chassis or the Bonfire Black plastic design accented with a crimson stripe and Bonfire Black plastic version.
Furthermore, both design are full-sized desktop design. it has a subtle honeycomb design around the base which adds grip and echoes hexagon reinforcements that double as cooling vents.
Although, the ASUS TUF Gaming A17 (FA706) isn’t the slimmest or lightest gaming laptop, it is durable and rugged.
Unlike it predecessor, the ASUS A17 sports a completely redesigned outer lid with the aim to boost the gaming appearance. It comes with sharp edges, hence, the premium look.
Furthermore, the plastic design version also has red accents on the rim of the lid. The metal model however, sports a sandblasted surface, hence reinforcing the rugged look.
The screen comes with a thin display bezels which gives the 17.3-inch more space to flaunt its capacity.
Similarly, ASUS TUF Gaming A17 (FA706) comes with a slightly cleaner interior with a new touchpad, a desktop keyboard and a full numpad which sits at the right edge of the chassis.
On the right side ASUS TUF A17 laptop sits a Kensington lock slot and a USB 2.0 port for connecting peripherals like a mouse or keyboard.
