Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba which led to the destruction of property within and outside the institution, the authorities of the Ondo State-owned Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) has directed the immediate closure of the school. Also the ongoing semester examinations has been suspended until further notice. The university directed all students to vacate the campus and halls of residence immediately. The students were protesting the death of their colleague, who was knocked down by a motorcyclist and later died in an ambulance while on the way top the medical centre.
