Magu said this at the Lagos Office of the commission at the ongoing EFCC stakeholder conference on crusade against cybercrime fraudsters, according to TheNation. Magu, who spoke to journalists at the commission's Lagos office in Ikoyi, said such parents would always justify the actions of their children on the grounds that they helped their families instead of reckless, runaway or dead mothers. According to the anti-graft agency, the Lagos Office had made 300 cybercrime-related arrests since January and had secured 200 convictions.
