A lesson teacher has been spotted in a now-viral video, flogging a student just because she couldn’t read.

Reports have it that the incident happened at a tutorial center in Badagry, Lagos and that was not the 1st time the teacher would be doing that.

Popular activist Sega Link came across the video and he has requested that NAPTIP takes up the matter.
