According to OffaTv, many people are said to be killed when the Nigerian Navy opened fire. The conflict persisted this morning, leading the Nigeria Navy to intercede for peace and fire warning shots into the sky.

The outraged touts hurled rocks at the Navy, and many fled for their lives. This enraged the Nigerian Navy, who retaliated by shooting intermittently.
