The Tribunal judgement upturned the victory of Senator Adeleke at the July 16 governorship election, Blaze Newz gathered. The protesters who are in hundreds held placard with different inscription and were all chanting “Oyetola Ole, APC Ole” (Oyetola theaf, APC theaf) moved from Odi-olowo area to Ola-iya under bridge. Blaze Newz recalls that Senator Adeleke in released by his Spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed on described the judgement as “a miscarriage of justice”. The governor enjoined that residents of the state should remain calmed “I call on our people to remain calm. We will appeal the judgement and we are sure justice will be done. Let our people be reassured that we will do everything possible to retain this widely acclaimed mandate.” But in Iragbiji, the home town of Gboyega Oyetola residents thronged the streets in jubilations following the victory of their son, Oyetola at election petition Tribunal. Crowd of indigenes, members and supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate gathered and moved round the town to celebrate their victory in the Tribunal Court judgement.
