Oyetola The Osun Online Media Practitioners' Association (OOMPA), has joined other well-wishers to felicitate with Mrs Olutunmibi Olufunke , publisher of News Indicator, on her recent appointment as Media Assistant to the Governor of Osun State, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola. In a statement , signed by OOMPA Chairman, Jare Tiamiyu, General Secretary Hammed Tajudeen and Publicity Secretary, Bright Gbotemi on Thursday, the association described the appointment of Mrs Olufunke as a welcome development for online practising journalists in the state. Before her appointment, Mrs Olutunmibi Olufunke is serving as the Vice Chairman of the Osun online media Practitioners Association. According to the association, the appointment of Mrs Olufunke was a reward of her commitment and dedication with media service, "Olufunke had over the years carved a niche for herself in reportorial assignments in the media world and development of the state. "OOMPA thanked Governor Oyetola for considering an online practising Media expert like its own in the state for such appointment." The association expressed confidence in the capacity of Mrs Olufunke to deliver successfully on her new assignment and prayed God to engrace her afresh to surmount the challenges ahead.
