President Muhammadu Buhari has directed the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to fashion out effective strategies towards making Agriculture not only a truly paying Business but also an avenue for reducing joblessness in the country.For a start he said efforts must be made to resuscitate the moribund textile industries in view of their socio-economic benefits to Nigeria.

Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Sunday Echono announced this to Newsmen after leading officials of the Ministry to brief President Buhari.
