Man Seen Laying Down Unconscious In The Middle Of Highway In Rivers State.

Around 5:30 a.m. today (5th June), a man was noticed lying down in the middle of the road next to the Arfem Filling Station in Rumuodara, Eastwest Road, Port Harcourt. His automobile is parked in the center of the road next to him, and he is unconscious but alive.

According to Facebook user "Josh Okwudili Okosisi" who made the announcement, published;

This morning (5th June) at around 5:30am, a man was observed lying down in the middle of the road next to the Arfem Filling Station in Rumuodara, Eastwest Road, Port Harcourt. He is aware but unresponsive, and his automobile is parked next to him in the center of the street.
