Many youths protesters against police brutality in Osun State have been assaulted by some hoodlums.

In the early hours of Saturday, the thugs who started the assault on protesters were armed with cutlasses, broken bottles and swords.

The incident occurred at Olaiya Junction in Osogbo, the state capital, and one of the protesters, identified as Oloye, was seriously wounded.

Although Mr. Oloye has been taken to the hospital for treatment, there are still many other protesters who have fled for safety.

One protesters killed by the police when the osun state Gov Oyetola was passing through Olaiya Junction in Osogbo.
