Manchester United striker Anthony Martial is set for a shock move to Manchester United.

According to a report in Football Transfers, Aston Villa have reportedly set sights on signing Martial on loan from Manchester United this summer transfer window.

Aston Villa head coach Unai Emery wants to add firepower upfront and believes Martial can suit his style.


The report added that Martial is the latest name on Emery’s wishlist at Aston Villa this summer.

Aston Villa are plotting a loan move with an option to buy Martial at the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag recently admitted that he could not count on Martial as the player’s fitness record is not the best.
