Massey University -New Zealand provides Quality Scholarships from the Vice Chancellor to foreign students who are willing to pursue a degree program at the university.
This program is designed to encourage basic biomedicine research by offering comprehensive support to the best young, up-and-coming scientists during their PhD process.

Applicants must be International Students
Applicants must be eligible, and intending, to enrol:
in the first year (i.e., 100 level) of a Bachelor degree program
for either full-time (minimum of 105 credits) or part-time (minimum of 45 credits) study
