A Zimbabwean software engineer, Ngoni Mujuru has popped the big question to the girl of his dreams after their talking stage of 46 days.

He announced their engagement in a post on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.

He described it as the happiest day of his life while disclosing that the lady has met his family and friends who also love her.

“Soooo, I got engaged to the girl of my dreams this past weekend! It's been a whirlwind romance in the best of ways, started talking on the 1st of July...then 46 days later, managed to pull off a surprise proposal for her at Singit's Pamushana Lodge,” he wrote.

"She said YES and now I am literally the happiest man on this planet. She's been meeting my friends and family and they all love her! It being me, from the time I met her, I've been jokingly telling her that one day, I'd have to introduce her to Michelle Obama.

“She never believed it, but after the proposal, I think about 1% of her believes it could actually happen. So just reaching out to my network... any chance any of you have Michelle's number....or more like, any chance we can get her communication team just to react to this message? Please reshare with your network if you dont mind. It would just add icing to an already perfect cake that's been these past 2 months of my life.”
