Avoid court marriage without a prenup if you’re a self-made millionaire.
Court marriage treats your finances and your spouse’s as equal, while a prenup sets the terms.
For example, a prenup can state: as my wife, you’re entitled to whatever we build together, but not to what I had before marriage.
It allows you to define what your wife has control over. This is security, not manipulation.
Many women dislike prenups because they don’t always favor them, so they use words like “trust” to oppose one.
Don’t fall for that. If a woman truly desires you, she won’t have issues signing a fair prenup because there’s no valid reason to be upset about it.
A prenup is a smart way to protect your assets from anyone who loves you for your money. Oops!
