This is to bring it to the notice of the entire Polytechnic Community that the Students Union Government elections hold today, Thursday, 28th January 2021, as earlier scheduled.

This is to inform all the lecturers or any person designated to lecture students in the Institution, that the Management has graciously approved today, Thursday, 28th January 2021, as a lecture-free day.

This is to enable all the eligible voters among the Polytechnic students to exercise their franchise in the light of this, I am to add that there should be no academic activities in form of conduct of the test, submission of assignment nor holding of lecture of any form, among others.

Kindly comply with this directive, as any person caught carrying out academic activities with students today, Thursday, 28th January 2021 will be dealt with decisively.

Please give this circular the widest publicity it deserves, as no excuse shall be entertained thereafter.
