All candidates who applied for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Offa (OFFA POLY) National Diploma and Higher National Diploma Full-Time programme for the 2021/2022 academic session are hereby informed that the 4th batch admission lists have been released.
The 4th batch list of candidates has been released and can be accessed online.

Provide your Application Number in the required box
Click on "Continue" and proceed to check if you have been admitted.
