The individuals / members from the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnic (ASUP), Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY) Abeokuta Chapter, on Wednesday suspended their near four-month old strike.

The union had set out on the strike following a go head to head amongst it and the Ogun State Government on issues identifying with the change of the polytechnic to college status and production of another polytechnic at Ipokia.

Be that as it may, the suspension was reported by the section's Chairman, Mr Kola Abiola, after a congress held at the foundation's grounds to determine the emergency between the Ogun State Government and the union.
