Nigeria will begin its 2019 elections with the presidential and National Assembly polls on Saturday, February 23rd.

President Muhammadu Buhari will on Friday address Nigerians ahead of the 2019 elections. This was revealed on Thursday by Garba Shehu, one of President Buhari’s media aide.

According to Shehu, the broadcast will start by 7 in the morning and will be aired on the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) and Radio Nigeria.

He further noted that a repeat broadcast of the president’s speech will take place at 9 pm.
