"My son has tested coronavirus positive. @NCDCGov has been properly notified and has been moved for care and management to the Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital in Abuja, "he tweeted. The announcement of Abubakar's health status follows self-isolation steps taken by the daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari who returned from the UK last week. No update on her status has been received. Nigeria reported another case of coronavirus as the son of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the former vice president, tested positive for the illness. On Sunday 22 March 2020, Atiku revealed this on his Twitter account. He said, “My son has tested positive to coronavirus. @NCDCGov has been duly informed, and he has been moved to Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital in Abuja for treatment and management.
