The African Men Entertainment Kings, or AFRIMEK, has explained why it suspended actor Adeniyi Johnson.

According to AFRIMEK, the actor was suspended for gross misconduct and violating the club's constitution. The club made the announcement over the weekend on its official Instagram page.

AFRIMEK captioned the post: "ADENIYI JOHNSON is hereby suspended indefinitely from the club (AFRIMEK)."

He has no right to claim membership in the club and has been barred from participating in its events.

"This decision is borne out of gross misconduct and breach of the club's constitution."

Recall that AFRIMEK is a club known for its influential members in Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
 
Prior to his suspension, Adeniyi served as the Public Relations Officer of AFRIMEK.
