Birdman publicly apologized to Lil Wayne for their past beef over legal issues, in particular over past royalties which delayed the release of Weezy’s Tha Carter V album, at 2018’s Lil Weezyana Fest. “I knew this day was going to come, but I didn’t know when it was going to come,” Birdman told the New Orleans crowd. “I’m sorry.” The two have now released the video for ‘Ride Dat’ which marks their first appearance together in a music video since Rich Gang’s ‘We Alright‘ in 2014. We’re glad that things have finally settled between the two. ‘Ride Dat’ serves as the first single of Birdman and Juvie’s upcoming sequel to Just Another Gangsta album that dropped earlier this year.
