The Coronavirus pandemic has created worldwide havoc with some experts calling it even more deadly than the wars.

Because of the epidemic, the economy has taken a hit with hundreds of deaths every day around the world, meaning that some artists, especially those who are independent, are barely making ends meet. At HHNM, we wanted to do our little bit by hosting a request on Twitter, where we requested potential artists to reach us with their best songs.

Throughout our #QuarantineSpotlight series, we have picked artists representing different sounds from within the wide Hip-Hop and R&B genres. We even went Afrobeats with the 7th spot from London based Zizibo. For our 9th pick, we have rapper Noyz presenting Brampton, Ontario with his song ‘Vibes Don’t Lie’ featuring Dusty Loops and Tremayne. This is a nice Boom Bap jam — listen/watch the music video below.
