The beautiful songstress teams up to deliver the album with ABC's Black-Ish 'show, urging us to get out and vote. It is more important now than ever that we all vote, "Jhené said of the album." Her CHILOMBO album debuted at # 1 on the Billboard R&B charts and had the highest sales figures for a woman in the first week since Beyoncé's Lemonade. Jhené had quite the year. The 'Johnsons' and 'Black-Ish' return to ABC for an hour-long special on Sunday evening (Oct. 4). With Junior (Marcus Scribner) embarking on his journey as a first-time voter and Dre (Anthony Anderson) launching an investigation into local politics, the Johnsons and 'black-ish' will have back-to-back episodes that will track the Johnsons as they navigate the upcoming election. The special will be presented in part as an animated episode, directed by Oscar winner Matthew A. Cherry ("Hair Love"). The official season seven premiere will air on Wednesday, Oct. 21.
