In terms of computer, “Control Z” (or more likely, “Ctrl+Z”) is the key sequence for “Undo.” So naming a series “Control Z” is a pretty good indication that not only will technology be involved, but the idea that what technology has wrought will dry to be undone.

But when it comes right down to it, this Netflix original series from Mexico is a good old-fashioned whodunit.

Control Z is the latest teen drama to hit Netflix and the series is set at a high school in Mexico. Fans were on the edge of their seats wondering if the students will get to the bottom of the hacking scam which is ruining their lives.

As Control Z season 1 ends, Here is everything you need to know about the potential season 2.

As the thrilling series has only just made its debut on Netflix, it is too early to say whether a second series will be commissioned.

The streaming platform usually waits a couple of months after the release date to find out how successfully the first series has performed.

With this in mind, fans may expect to hear news of a potential season 2 later this summer, and they have their fingers crossed.

If a second season gets the green light, it will most likely air in the summer of 2021, however, due to the coronavirus outbreak halting production it may arrive a little later in the year.

Netflix tends to give an official release date in the few weeks leading up to the new series, so fans may be waiting a while for a significant update.
