Posted by: Mr. Babatunde« on: May 24, 2018, 02:39:05 AM »![]() Global Road Entertainment (previously Open Road) – responsible for distributing the Miles Teller-leading “Bleed For This” in 2016 and the Chadwick Boseman-leading “Marshall” in 2017 – has another all-star cast on their hands with the upcoming futuristic thriller “Hotel Artemis.” The film, directed by Drew Pearce, stars Jodie Foster playing a nurse who runs an underground hospital for criminals. In the new red band trailer for “Hotel Artemis,” we meet Foster’s nurse character, as she tends to some of the worst criminals in Los Angeles, while also trying to fend off the coming storm known as The Wolf King, played by a menacing Jeff Goldblum. Unlike some red band trailers that go over the top with blood, guts, and nudity, the new trailer for ‘Artemis’ shows the same action you saw in the films first footage, but this time with several more f-words thrown in for good measure. That being said, the film does look like it’ll be a good showcase for these actors to really let loose and have fun. Having scripted franchise behemoths “Iron Man 3” and “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation,” it’s safe to say that Drew Pearce isn’t unfamiliar with working on high-profile productions. However, with “Hotel Artemis,” Pearce tries his hand at directing for the first time. Under Pearce’s direction, the remarkable cast includes Jodie Foster, Dave Bautista, Sofia Boutella, Jeff Goldblum, Sterling K. Brown, Jenny Slate, Charlie Day, and Zachary Quinto. “Hotel Artemis” is slated for a June 8th release. Here’s the synopsis for the film: Set in riot-torn, near-future Los Angeles, HOTEL ARTEMIS is an original, high-octane action-thriller starring Jodie Foster as The Nurse, who runs a secret, members-only hospital for criminals. Jodie Foster is joined by an all-star cast that includes Sterling K. Brown, Sofia Boutella, Jeff Goldblum, Brian Tyree Henry, Jenny Slate, Zachary Quinto, Charlie Day, and Dave Bautista.
