Apartment 212 (previously titled Gnaw), which made the rounds through the genre festival circuit last year and scooped up a few awards along the way, including Best Horror Feature at Shriekfest, Best FX at Sin City and Best Feature at Other Worlds Austin.

In the film arriving on VOD and Digital HD on March 16th, “Jennifer Conrad is a small-town girl starting over in the big city. Fleeing an abusive relationship, all she wants is a chance to begin again. But it is hard to start over when something is eating you while you sleep…one painful bite at a time.”

Directed and co-written by Haylar Garcia (An American Terror), Apartment 212 stars Penelope Mitchell (Hemlock Grove), Sally Kirkland (Trash Fire), Chris Johnson (47 Meters Down), and Kyle Gass of Tenacious D fame (That’s telekinesis, Kyle!).
