KIDS vs. ALIENS on one of the segments from the found footage horror anthology V/H/S/2, the new sci-fi horror film ALIENS This could very well be the reason why the plot sounds familiar. Because it only runs for one hour and fifteen minutes, it is short but sweet—and very colorful and slimy.

The title, "F*ck Space," should tell you that this sci-fi horror film isn't for kids, despite having a young cast. This is because of the language and the graphic images. However, for everyone else, it is a lot of nostalgic fun.

Kids vs. Aliens is a lot of fun for me because I felt a rush of nostalgia as I watched it. Even though this story takes place in the present, the children have fun like they did in the 1980s or 1990s. I was implying that it is less digital.

I don't mind social media or gaming, but kids are making their own horror movies for the sake of it. or attempting to imitate wrestlers out of a love for the drama rather than a desire to harm someone. Another thing I remember from my childhood is that.

In Kids vs. Aliens, the children are fantastic. Especially when they say, "Ugh, teenagers!" when they see older children and act both exasperated and annoyed. They enjoy being children rather than longing to become teenagers. However, one of them actually has a teen-aged older sister. She is their hero because she is cool and continues to enjoy wrestling.

All of that, however, is about to change as those awful teenagers attempt to join the group. Then, oh yeah, aliens appear and begin melting the skin of anyone they can get their hands on. Yes, indeed!

The wonderful young cast Dominic Mariche plays Gary, Asher Grayson plays Jack, and Ben Tector plays Miles. All of them are excellent, but Asher Grayson's performance as Jack immediately won me over.

Phoebe Rex is portrayed by Sam, the big sister hero. She was definitely a hero to these kids, which is clear to me!
As Billy, Calem MacDonald was the worst (or best at being the worst) of those annoying teenagers. He is a complete creep and only his own friend. However, I have to say that Calem MacDonald, who portrayed the young Dave in season 2 of The Umbrella Academy, did a fantastic job of portraying him!

Actually, the short film "Slumber Party Alien Abduction" serves as the basis for Kids vs. Aliens. In the sequel to the found footage horror anthology V/H/S/2, this was included as a segment. This isn't the first time a V/H/S anthology segment has been turned into a movie.

The V/H/S franchise isn't any different from any other anthology in terms of the segments. To put it another way, Kids vs. Aliens and Siren don't really have much in common. Well, with the exception of being based on found-footage-themed short films.

Kids vs. Aliens, which Jason Eisener co-wrote with John Davies, is currently being directed by him. Naturally, the short film that was included in the V/H/S/2 horror anthology was also produced by the two of them. Additionally, one of the short films in ABCs of Death was directed by Jason Eisener. Additionally, he is accustomed to working on stories starring younger actors because he produced Turbo Kid (2015).

In addition, Jason Eisener and John Davies produced the 2007 short film Hobo with a Shotgun, which went on to become the Rutger Hauer-starring feature film from 2011. These two might end up using the technique of making a short film and turning it into a full-length movie as their trademark. Also, congratulations to them!

The world premiere of this new film took place at Fantastic Fest 2022, but now it is finally being released to a wide audience. Kids vs. Aliens should be on your list of movies to see if you're in the mood for a good old-fashioned sci-fi horror movie.

From January 20, 2023, KIDS VS. ALIENS will be available to watch in theaters, on demand, and digitally.
