The most popular settings is the Psiphon handler settings for MTN 0.00 but we are gradually facing out Psiphon as we now have other better options like Netify and SyponShield and even simple Android Server because it requires no 3g network before it connects.

THINGS YOU WILL DO BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR VPN APP FOR MTN 0.00 TRICK

1. Force stop your Psiphon, simple server, Netify, SyponShield or any other VPN app you are using on your phone and clear the app cache or better still, clear the app data

2. Now turn OFF and ON your data

3. Now begin the settings

HOW TO CONFIGURE THE NEW MTN FREE BROWSING WITH NETIFY VPN.

In case you don't have Netify on your phone, download it HERE

Launch the Netify VPN application and use the below settings;

Tick remove port

proxy type- REAL HOST

proxy server- http://mtnonline.com/data-reset

Or use this http://172.16.5.226/

Or www.musicplus.mtnoline.com/data-reset real proxy type- inject
real proxy port-80
Click on save

Accept whole device tunneling
Click the Ninja icon to go to more options menu and tick connect through an HTTP
HOST ADDRESS: 10.199.212.2
PORT– 8080

Now go back to the netify main menu and hit the connect button

First of all, you have to configure your phone's APN

APN SETTINGS
APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Proxy: empty
Port: empty

Having configured your phone APN settings,

Click on set connection mode and choose vpn mode Click connection settings and in proxy host and port input 10.199.212.2 And 8080
Tick enable header tweaking
In tweak type select host replacement

Like I said earlier, this tweak is more than 3 months old and I published it in this blog but many people didn't try it till yesterday when they finally decided to give it a try maybe because Etisalat is giving wahala with frequent blocking of IPs.
