Cape Town parents angered that hit-and-run driver responsible for daughter’s death not behind bars.

A grieving Cape Town mother told News24, "The man that killed my child is still walking the streets while he has destroyed my family life."

Berlita and Shaun, her parents, claimed that after burying their daughter, they were unable to pick up the pieces because the police had kept them in the dark about the investigation.
