Travis Scott was charged with disorderly intoxication and taken into custody early on Thursday.

He was apparently ranting at people on a yacht in Miami Beach, Florida, when he was arrested. Around 4:30 in the morning, the rapper was taken into custody at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing on private property without permission.

He was taken into custody at 1:17 a.m. Travis later admitted that he had been drinking alcohol and stated “It’s Miami.” Records showed he submitted bond of $650, and he is expected to be released.
