Some weeks back, the Nigerian born singer was handed a restraining order not to perform anywhere in America amidst preparations to embark on a US tour however, the Banger crooner performed regardless the injunction. According to TheNet, both parties were in court on the 14th of June, 2016 where they agreed to settle out of court; “Runtown and Dilly agreed to settle out of court and Runtown will remain with the label for one more year but its now more of a partnership deal because it gives Runtown more control.” Runtown via his Instagram page has incited that the Power In The Music (PITM) record label is a sure thing.
