Kim Kardashian is apparently being sued for supposedly taking an advertising organization's logo for her new aroma bottle. It is comprehended that the truth star-turned-big shot is as of now confronting a trademark encroachment claim over the Kimoji Vibes scent she discharged recently, which apparently earned her an expected $6.8 million in only five minutes. In an enthusiastic manner, Kim had recently visited her social media accounts to promote her new line which consists of three scents – Kimoji Vibes, Kimoji Cherry, and Kimoji Peach. But according to court documents obtained by The Blast, mobile marketing company Vibes Media claimed that the packaging of KKW Fragrance’s latest scent infringed on its trademarked logo, a blue speech bubble with the word “vibes” written in white lower case, which was registered in 2012. ![]() The lawsuit alleged that KKW Fragrance “has been marketing, promoting, and is now selling a ‘Vibes’ perfume. The ‘Vibes’ perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo.” The documents also claimed that “there is a strong likelihood that consumers will be confused into believing that Defendant’s Vibes perfume is Plaintiff’s product or that it is authorised, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Plaintiff,” or conversely that the marketing company is somehow affiliated with Kardashian. The Chicago-based marketing company also says KKW doesn’t have permission to use its trademarked logo. Vibes Media wants all of Kim’s hot-selling perfume to be destroyed, and it wants damages.
