Online personality VeryDarkMan has claimed to have recovered ₦78 million from hackers who breached his NGO website.
 
According to him, an accomplice, who holds the remaining funds, has reportedly fled to Ghana.
 
He revealed this in a trending video on X.
 
The recent statement comes after he claimed that the NGO website had been hacked, resulting in the theft of ₦180 million.
 
Speaking in part, he said: “First of all, I really want to say thank you to all the people who have reached out to me since this incident happened. Even people I didn’t expect have called to check on me, and I’m really grateful.” 

“Thankfully, we’ve recovered ₦78 million, though the arrested suspect admitted his accomplice has fled to Ghana. Hopefully, we’ll head to Ghana soon.”
