Wizkid’s announcement at the 17th Ghana Music Awards where he unveiled Efya, R2Bess and Mr.Eazi as the new acts under Starboy Entertainment Worldwide led many to believe he had dropped his first signed act, L.A.X.

Now it seems to have been confirmed that Wizkid and L.A.X still enjoy a good working relationship.

A source in the Starboy camp told us that, ‘L.A.X was signed to Starboy Records and what Wizkid announced was Starboy Entertainment Worldwide; they are two different things. Wizkid even tweeted about the release of LAX’s next single on that same day’. New @izzlax single 13/ 5/ 2016 #starboyEnt!

The duo will headline the African Music Concert in
