YBNL singer, Adekunle Gold gears up for the release of his first album simply titled Gold, the singer received another boost when a report placed his song ‘Pick Up’ as the most played song on Nigerian radio for 2016 so far.

According to Playdata (a broadcast monitoring and reporting solution) led by Eldee, Adekunle Gold’s song ‘Pick Up’ is the most played song on Nigerian radio stations for the year 2016 so far.

The data according to Playdata, who scans the broadcast stream for songs is based on measurements from impressions gathered from radio stations in Lagos and several other cities across Nigeria by following play counts and reporting with simplified analytics.

The song ‘Pick Up’ was produced by Pheelz and released in December 2015. It’s followed by Reekado Banks’ ‘Oluwa Ni’ that was released in January 2016.

Below is the list of the top 10 most played songs on Nigerian radio for the 2016 so far.
