He explained that the change was brought on by unexpected circumstances that arose as a result of the board's determined efforts to integrate the NIN. According to him, the Board didn’t place the 2021 UTME/DE registration advertorial as it was yet to complete the process of a smooth pin vending and candidate access to the registration app for the 2021 UTME/DE. He added that the challenge is being resolved and once that is done, all processes shall commence.
