This was confirmed in a statement on Thursday by FUTA Registrar, Richard Arifalo. Lectures leading to the completion of the First Semester would resume on Monday; students are expected on campus from Sunday. Arifalo disclosed that the approval was given at a special meeting of the Senate held on Wednesday. The resumption followed the suspension of the industrial action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU). The statement wished all students a safe trip as they return to the campus.
