Buhari was named in the category of five African presidents who travel abroad for medical treatment. Others listed are Presidents Abdelaziz Bouteflika (Algeria), Robert Mugabe (Zimbabwe), Jose Eduardo dos Santos (Angola), and Patrice Talon (Benin).
