Some students returning from an excursion, were left seriously injured, some minutes ago, after their bus had a ghastly accident at Wasinmi, along the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway.

Although no casualty was recorded, one of their teachers had her eye plucked out and many of the students were left with serious injuries.

They had gone on an excursion from Lagos to Abeokuta, Ogun State, and were said to be returning, when their bus rammed into a car and veered off its lane to face oncoming vehicles on the other lane.

The victims have since been rushed to the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Aro, Abeokuta, for urgent medical attention.
