The protesters seized Aladesanmi, Fajol, and Somorin in the Obantoko area of Abeokuta, lit bonfires, and chanted anti-CBN songs. The First Bank branch in Sapon was also vandalized as the protesters tried to set it ablaze. A young man who was allegedly shot during the protest can be heard screaming for help in an online video.
