The defendant been owolabi is facing a three count charge bothering on intent to defraud. The prosecutor police Sargent FATOBA TEMITOPE said Abeeb owolabi intent to defraud The sum of one million and one hundred thousand Naira from one ADETUNJI ADELABU under the pretext of selling one Toyota corolla saloon car to him, which he failed to do so and converted the money to his own use. He told the court the accused person commited the offence on 7TH JANUARY 2014 at Sabo area osogbo about 6pm. He added that the offence commited contrary to section 419 of the criminal code CAP 34 VOL 11 LAWS OF OSUN STATE OF NIGERIA 2003 The accused person was guilty to the three count charge preferred against him. Presiding magistrate MRS A. A. OLOWOLAGNA granted the suspect bail in the sum of TWO MILLION NAIRA WITH TWO SURETIES. The case was adjourned till October 10 2018 for hearing of the matter.
